Frequently Asked Questions About Microblading

Is Microblading Hair Technique safe?

Security and cleanliness are always our priority and the commitment of our environment reflects these values. All materials used in the procedure are single-use, sterile and specific to you, and are disposed of after each use.

I had Microblading / Eyebrow Contouring done elsewhere. I didn't like it / it faded. Can you correct it?

Yes, this is possible. But please send us a photo of your eyebrows beforehand (without makeup). If your eyebrows are faded or light, if the shape doesn’t look aesthetic, it will be easy to make corrections on them. However, you need to send the photos without makeup to see how I can help you, otherwise when you come with an appointment, I may not be able to help you and you may be disappointed and waste your time.

Does Microblading Hair Technique hurt?

For your comfort, I will use a high degree of local anesthesia before and throughout the procedure. Most clients feel nothing or describe a “tweezers” sensation. For sensitive clients, it may be necessary to wait longer for the numbing to take effect, but the sensation is tolerable. During the procedure, many clients fall asleep on the treatment bed.

What to Pay Attention to After Microblading Eyebrow Design

After the microblading procedure, there are some important points to pay attention to for both increased longevity and healthy use. After microblading eyebrow design, it is important not to sweat and not to get your eyebrows wet for one week to prevent the pigment from spreading to different areas of your eyebrows and creating an uneven appearance. It will also be beneficial to avoid the sun during the healing process, as your skin will be sensitive and the risk of burning will be higher. In the first week after microblading, your eyebrows will begin to crust and peel. This crusting is completely normal. The pigment goes through this process in your eyebrows to achieve its final color. While the healing process can take six weeks, most of the crusting should be gone within a week. You should not peel the crusts, as this can remove the pigment and leave you with sparse eyebrows and can also damage your skin.

What will happen to my existing eyebrows? Should I do anything to them?

Microblading does not affect existing eyebrows, it only addresses the skin. After the eyebrows are fully healed, we recommend maintaining the shape created during the procedure. If you have unwanted white eyebrows, you have options of dyeing, using mascara, or having them removed. Of course this is your responsibility.
